FiestyGoat AI LLC

The short version. FiestyGoat AI LLC runs private software that manages its own collectibles resale business. It is not a product other people sign up for, and it has no users other than the company itself.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. We do not run advertising, and this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
FiestyGoat AI LLC is a California limited liability company (entity number B20260063405). You can reach us at [email protected].
fiestygoat.ai is currently a holding page. It sets no cookies, embeds no trackers, and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; we do not use that data for any other purpose.
The site loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you view a page. That request is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Our software is a registered eBay developer application. It uses eBay's APIs in two ways:
Order records include buyer names and shipping addresses, because that information is necessary to ship a purchased item. We use it only to fulfil the order and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell or share it, and we do not transfer it to any third party other than the shipping carrier needed to deliver the parcel.
eBay notifies registered developers when an eBay user closes their account so that
developers can delete that user's data. We operate an endpoint at
fiestygoat.ai/ebay/notifications to receive these notifications.
On receiving a valid notification, we record it durably and remove the identified user's personal information from our records. We record rather than silently discard notifications we cannot immediately process, because a dropped deletion request is a worse outcome than a delayed one; any such record is reviewed and actioned by a person.
Business records — what we bought, what we paid, what we sold, and to whom it shipped — are kept on private infrastructure controlled by the company, for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under California and federal law. Personal information belonging to buyers is deleted on request and on receipt of an eBay account closure notification, except where we are legally required to retain a transaction record.
Company data is stored on our own hardware in California, and on service providers we use to run the business (currently our web host and our email provider). We do not operate a public service that stores data on anyone else's behalf.
If you have bought something from us and want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email [email protected] and we will respond. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. We are a small company and this page is maintained by hand; if something here looks wrong or out of date, please tell us.
